Do parents also need to buy a ticket if they want to accompany only?

Yes, we require all guests to purchase a ticket to enter the park. We highly recommend parents join in the fun and be a Kid again at ESCAPE Petaling Jaya. We have plenty of attractions for guests of all age groups, physical abilities, and confidence levels.

Can my photographer enter ESCAPE Petaling Jaya for free?

We have a photographer capturing guest photos throughout the park. The photos are uploaded to the photo finder at the end of the day, where guests may search using facial AI.

How do I buy a ticket?

You can buy online tickets here.

What happens when I buy my ticket online?

Our ticketing system incorporates facial recognition technology for check-in. Please upload your photos using the links provided in your ticket confirmation email before your arrival. At the entrance gates, just scan your face and enter.

I have purchased a ticket, can I add additional people to it?

Yes, you can. You need to purchase a separate ticket, but do note that some group tickets have a minimum requirement of 10 or 20pax.

How much tickets are for OKU cardholders?

OKU cardholders may enter ESCAPE Petaling Jaya for free, please present the OKU card at the ticket counter to receive the ticket.

How much tickets are for Senior Citizens?

Malaysian Super Kids (61 –100+) may enter the park for free if each Super Kid is accompanied by a paying guest.

I’ve seen ESCAPE Petaling Jaya tickets offered on other websites. Are these official tickets?

ESCAPE Petaling Jaya's only official ticketing portal is on our website.

We do not comment on unofficial online portals other than to caution people considering making a purchase through an unofficial portal that purchasing a voucher is not the same as purchasing a valid ESCAPE PJ ticket from our website and the ‘offer’ price shown on unofficial portals may not necessarily be the final price that will need to be paid.

Only guests with a valid ESCAPE Petaling Jaya ticket will gain entry to the park.

Can I refund my ticket?

Tickets are not refundable as stated in our Terms & Conditions. However, you may change the visit date at least one day before the visit date

Can I request a Tax Invoice for my company ticket purchase?

Yes, you can. When purchasing tickets through our website, select the 'Please Send Invoice' checkbox at the Buyer Info section.

Can I buy tickets under 'Family & Friends' and sign up for the ESCAPE Petaling Jaya team building program?

No. Tickets bought under 'Family & Friends' do not entitle guests to ESCAPE Petaling Jaya team building program. If you wish to do so, please purchase tickets under 'Team Building'.

How many students must be registered in a school trip package as a minimum?

Each trip must include a minimum of 20 students.

Does the teacher get a free ticket to ESCAPE PJ?

Yes. If there are five students in the group, the teacher will get a free pass to ESCAPE PJ.

Is lunch included in the School Trips package?

There is no lunch included in the School Trips package.

Does ESCAPE Petaling Jaya provide a Team Building activity?

Yes, we do. Teamplay is a free add-on for groups of at least 10 pax who have purchased a Team Building ticket. Below is a description:

In Teamplay, participants have a limited time to complete activities at ESCAPE Petaling Jaya and collect points.The more challenging the activity, the higher the points. Teams may decide which activities to tackle and how many points to aim for.

Once time is up, the facilitators will tally the scores and announce the winning team. Certificates will be handed out to participants who have successfully completed the program.

Do Team Building participants get a certificate?

Participants who successfully complete the ESCAPE challenge receive a certificate.

The corporate company must provide a name list showing the names to be written on the certificates at least 2 days before the visit date.

Does ESCAPE Petaling Jaya provide a large group and Family Day activities?

Yes, we do. Have a look at our Family Day program here.

Can we conduct a site visit before booking a Team Building?

You may conduct a site visit between the following hours,Tuesday - Sunday. ESCAPE Petaling Jaya is closed on Mondays.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice for your visit request to be processed.

Morning visit: 10:00am - 11:00am

Afternoon visit: 4:00pm - 5:00pm

The site visit group may include up to 5 people.

What are ESCAPE Petaling Jaya operation hours?

ESCAPE Petaling Jaya is open Tue – Sun, 10 am to 8 pm.

ESCAPE PJ is closed on Mondays for safety maintenance.

Does ESCAPE Petaling Jaya have locker facilities?

Yes.Lockers can be rented for RM10 each per day. The locker size (HxWxD) in cm is approx. 43x43x24.

Is outside food and beverage allowed in ESCAPE Petaling Jaya?

Yes, we allow outside food and beverages to be brought into the park.

Kids below 18 years old need to be fully vaccinated to enter ESCAPE Petaling Jaya?

Kids under 18 years old are not required to be fully vaccinated however must be accompanied by fully vaccinated adults/parents.

No, we only provide a changing room.

Does ESCAPE Petaling Jaya have a private room for rental?

Yes,ESCAPE Petaling Jaya has 2 training rooms for rental;

1- Training room 1 (fits up to 100 persons) RM2,000

2- Training room 2 (fits up to 50 persons) RM1,000

These rooms are available to rent under “Team Building” & “School Groups”tickets.

Is surau/prayer room provided?

Paradigm Mall surau is located at Level UG.

Is parking provided?
